Hayden Carlos brings a dynamic combination of legal insight and strategic leadership to Kenny Habetz Injury Law. Licensed in both Louisiana and Texas, he is recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 2026. After starting his legal career in Austin, Texas, Hayden returned home to Lafayette, Louisiana in 2023.
Hayden feels a deep responsibility to serve the Louisiana community by helping individuals injured through no fault of their own fight back against large insurance companies. Outside of work, he enjoys being involved in the Lafayette community, visiting local farmers markets, trying new restaurants, and supporting the UL Ragin’ Cajuns.
Hayden earned his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center, where he served on the Moot Court Board and Law Review, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. His practice focuses on complex personal injury matters, including auto, motorcycle, trucking, premises liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases across Louisiana and Texas.
