Mr Kenny is an awesome attorney he has helped me tremendously in the past i would gladly recommend him to family and friends and he has a awesome staff they really helped me when no one else would i was in a car accident and the insurance company would not pay me they had said i was at fault i fought to try and prove that i wasn’t at fault but they still didn’t want to hear that so i called Mr Kenny’s office and him and his team jumped right on it they fought to get what i deserved it wouldn’t of happened without Mr Kenny and his team i am very thankful for them I would highly recommend him and his team.

On April , 5th , 2024 I had a freak accident at Marriott Hotel .Yes Marriott ,That World Wide Corporation .After mis reading My schedule .I Arrived at Marriott on My Day Off . I immediately realized my mistake and choose to leave .In the process of leaving ,the Hotel General Manager told me to wait On Hotel Property for my supervisor who would assign me my job responsibility for that day.My accident resulted in total Left Hip Replacement surgery .After calling several Injury Attorneys all of them promising me great results .Only Kenny Habetz who spoke with me personally !Was honest enough to tell me the reasons why I did not have a strong Workman's Comp Case . Knowing this Kenny still took on my case .With the promise there would be No Attorney Fees until I received My Settlement .Kenny assigned my case to his Brother Luke !!With a Great front Office that allways answered my calls and passed on my messages that were returned the same day by Luke , Kenny or there Team of Paralegals there efforts And their Kenny Habetz App.I was always knew , in real time the status of my case .All that support allowed Me to Concentrate on My recovery by knowing There was a Strong Team at Kenny Habetz Representing Me.As a result of their efforts my case was resolved by December of 2024With strong representation and a hard fought battle .After A extremely low Attorney fees deduction .They Issued Me A Settlement check .That Check allowed me to Atain the quality of Life I was living before My Accident ! .Not only would I choose Kenny Habetz and his Team to represent me again . I was in a hit and run accident and wasn’t sure if I can do anything about it. I called around to 2 other lawyers in my city and they turned me away. I called Kenny and asked if he can take my case even though I don’t live in their office cities and he said yes ! Kenny and his team (shout out to Brenda and Diem !) worked long and hard for me and my husbands case . Even when the insurance gave the run around and tried to be unfair - they did nit give up. The team was able to get us the full amount from our insurance and I couldn’t be happier.

So thankful for Kenny, Luke and their entire team! From the moment I contacted Kenny he got the ball rolling immediately got me in a rental and took care of all the details for me! My insurance company was difficult but Kenny and his team never made it seem like a big deal they were always confident that they would be able to take care of everything and get the end result we wanted and they did and MORE! Kenny and his team were always available to me any questions I had either the team or Kenny would contact me same day! November of 2023, I was rearended by a pickup truck in my 2023 Kia Sportage (I hadn't even had it a year). It was raining and I was on Johnston Street and the traffic was backed up. The guy admitted fault and said his boot had slipped off the brake pedal. I was really shaken up (first accident) and didn't think I was hurt. However, a day or two later, I started to feel the effects of the wreck in my left shoulder where my seatbelt goes across. I reached out to a family law attorney friend of mine, and he recommended Kenny Habitz's firm. He said he would send them my contact information. A couple hours later, Kenny reached out to me, and we spoke about my case. He was very kind and understanding, like you would expect a "good 'ol boy" from Louisiana to be. He made me feel at ease and told me I didn't have to worry anymore and that they could handle everything for me if I chose them to represent me. I felt so comfortable after speaking to him, that I told him I definitely wanted them to help me. He directed me that it was ok to see the chiropractic doctor I was established with since they have an M.D. who does the accident exams and x-rays. When the doctor at the chiropractic clinic told me it would be best to have an orthopedic doctor examine me, I called Kenny's office. By this time, Miles Hesterly (another attorney with the firm) was assisting on my case. He was able to help me get an appointment set up with the orthopedic doctor and make sure everything would be taken care of when I got there. I also had to have an MRI done, and they took care of the billing for that. (Anything I did pay out-of-pocket, I provided a receipt for, and they kept record of it all for the other person's insurance company).Miles, his paralegals Scott & Diem, and Kenny worked diligently on my case to make sure everything was handled. They helped me get my car fixed and my medical issues taken care of. They even fought to get me in a rental car (at the other insured's expense) and that it was a car I would be comfortable in since I would have it for an extended period of time. I didn't have to do anything except show up to doctor's appointments and get my car when it was ready.Once my healing had finished and it was time to settle the case, everything moved fast. Miles fought hard for me to get the max amount, not only from the other driver's insurance, but from my own underinsured motorist coverage and medical pay. They called me into the office when the settlement was ready, and after speaking with Kenny for a while, we left...check in hand!I could not have done this without them! The few things I had to do prior to hiring them, with my insurance and the other driver's, was more than annoying/frustrating enough for me to gladly hand over the reins. Also, I asked a LOT of questions and never once did anyone make me feel like a burden. I am forever grateful for their help and would 1000% recommend them to anyone who is unfortunate enough to need a personal injury attorney. Thanks Kenny and everyone at the firm for everything you did for me!
